Joe Hyman is a cultural programmer, visual artist and LGBTQ+ activist. He currently works at JW3 as their Communities & Special Events Programmer where he develops programmes to attract a broad range of audiences to the centre and address critical topics. He is also the co-founder of DAVAR, the Jewish Art Immersive. As a survivor of conversion therapy, Joe has recently been part of the campaign to ensure these abhorrent practices are banned in the UK.
